Contextualizing Language

Hello!

In today’s world, there is definitely a growing need to learn how to use language appropriately in context.

Contextualization refers to meaningful language use for communicative purposes within a given
situation or context (content.)

Please select a level and a content area, then come up with a topic and explain in a 5-line paragraph how you would contextualize language in your class, for the specific level and content you chose.

  1. Lower Grades (1st through 3rd)
  2. Upper Grades (4th through 6th)
  3. Middle School (7th through 9th)
  4. High School (10th through 12th)
  1. Social Studies
  2. Science
  3. Psychology

Deadline: Sunday, September 25th, at 11:59pm.
